Human Resource Training (HRT) was incorporated in August of 1981 to provide consultation and training in the social services field. Over its history, HRT has expanded its scope to offer a wide range of services in child and adult welfare throughout the state of Arizona. Today, programs offered by HRT include therapeutic foster care, child abuse prevention, and child and adult developmental homes for the developmentally disabled population. These programs serve to strengthen families and make homes safer for children, while HRT works with families from their initial involvement in the system to permanency planning. HRT takes a positive approach to parenting that builds on family strengths when working with children.
