  • EBITDA ranging from negative to $25 million

Strong & Scaleable Business Models

Atar is always looking to grow companies or provide capital to take an enterprise to the next level. The business models we seek have:

  • An existing and reliable customer base with recurring revenue streams.
  • Defensible market position with barriers to entry.
  • A solid and scalable platform primed for add-on acquisitions.
  • Placement in markets with high growth potential.
  • Experienced, motivated management teams dedicated to the growth and long-term health of the company.

Non-Core Corporate Carve-Out / Divestitures

We possess considerable experience and expertise in carve-outs and corporate divestitures. Our proprietary playbook and operational strategies allow us to swiftly execute carve-outs and divestitures from large Corporate Parents. We have a proven track record of quickly and seamlessly carving-out integrated divisions and turnkey subsidiaries, with entrenched shared services from global organizations – in each case resulting in fully autonomous portfolio companies.

In many cases, the Target company maintains common customers and/or vendors with their former Parent, or has complicated entanglements with their IT/ERP systems and back-office functions. Expeditiously and creatively developing solutions to solve these challenges requires an experienced buyer with credibility. And through the carve-out/divestiture journey, Atar Capital instills confidence to the Target’s key constituents and employees.

This is how Atar Capital embodies The Art of Possible.
